They did an amazing job planning and executing my dads celebration of life for over 100 guests in two locations. The team was so organized that I didn't have to worry about anything during the event. The decor was perfect for the occasion and had details that were appreciated by the guests. They really planned the event well down to doing schematics of the layout so that I could see how everything was going to be set up. They also cleaned everything up before they left so that I had minimal work to do after. Thank you Kiara, Nia and team!
This business is great. The team is a group of friends who are very helpful, friendly, and funny. They are also very understanding and accommodates all my requests without extra charge. I asked them to throw a small but meaningful birthday party for my mom and what they delivered exceeded my expectation for such a reasonable price. We enjoyed the party a lot. My mom was very happy and satisfied with the service. She enjoyed the decorations, the food, and the photography. Highly recommended.
My granddaughter passed away unexpectedly and I could not bring myself around enough to take on the details of planning a Celebration of Life for her as I have in the past for many others- I knew the amount of time and details it takes to put all the pieces together. This was the first time I have used an event planner, and I was so relieved, impressed, and grateful knowing it was in such capable and organized hands. They put it all together for a group of 100+- they found the location, hired the caterers, took care of setting up, cleaning up, and being onsite to assist throughout. The ladies of Equintet had it all under control and I was able to relax and be in the moment without any concerns, I received many, many compliments on the event. I would definitely use them again, hopefully for a happier event- and I would absolutely recommend them.
